We are first joined by Dan Floyd, COO of the Hood to Coast Race Series. Dan explains how his company has built its race series beyond its flagship event that ends in Seaside, how they work with their employees and what they’ve done to go beyond their goals as individuals and a company. Our second guest is Seaside Girls' High School Basketball Coach, Marla Olstedt. She talks about another long-time event in Seaside, the importance of good discipline, respect for others, dedication, inclusiveness and how to give it your all in everything you do.
